Our Gallery Delivery Process

 

It can take up to 3 weeks for us to sort through, color correct and edit your photos. As soon as your completed photos are upload you will receive an email with a link to the gallery.

Need more than 10 digital photo downloads and more than $75 in print credit?

You can upgrade to a bigger collection by clicking on the SHOP tab at the top of your gallery.

When you upgrade from Collection A to Collection B, you can download 20 digital photos (instead of 10) and receive $150 in print credit (instead of $75).

When you upgrade from Collection A to Collection C, you can download all of the digital photos in the gallery (instead of 10) and will have $300 in print credit (instead of $75)

I love all the photos. Can I switch to a bigger collection?

YES! Look for the shop tab at the top of the gallery, and you will see the option to do so. 

The coupon code is not working?

Only the main client, usually the person who initially emailed me and with whom I have communicated with, can use the coupon code. The coupon code is linked to their email.

Do I really need to upgrade my collection, pick out and download my images, and use all of my print credit before the gallery expires? 

Yes, you do. 

Can I use the coupon on multiple orders? Like download 5 images now and 5 more next week?

Yes! You can use the coupon code on multiple orders till you max it out. 

I still need help with using my gallery.
